Commerce readout of Ross meetings in China highlights friction over U.S. actions
The Commerce Department on Sept. 25 issued a readout of meetings between Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and senior Chinese government officials that touted a "friendly and honest exchange of views" on a host of trade issues but acknowledged significant frictions over U.S. actions and rhetoric.
