The text of the Agreement was released by TPP Parties on 5 November 2015 and can be accessed by chapter below. The text will continue to be translated into French and Spanish and undergo legal review in all languages prior to signature. Side letters can be found here. TPP countries also released a joint declaration regarding exchange rate practices.
