Updated: The United States under the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) will grant duty-free access to Australia and New Zealand for major dairy product categories -- including milk powders, baby formula, ice cream and some cheese products -- over a period of between 10 to 30 years, according to fact sheets released by the three governments.
