U.S. LUMBER PRODUCERS PREPARE DEFENSE OF BYRD LAW IN CANADA SUIT

U.S. lumber producers are already preparing arguments to combat a court challenge from the Canadian government that will argue the so-called Byrd law violates the North American Free Trade Agreement and should therefore not apply to Canada.
