Sources: U.S., Mexico to discuss sector-specific ISDS option this week

The U.S. and Mexico are expected to address a sector-specific investor-state dispute settlement mechanism this week during ministerial-level talks on the modernization of the North American Free Trade Agreement, sources told Inside U.S. Trade.
