Senators Tell Commerce To Ensure 'Level The Playing Field Act' Is Enforced

A bipartisan group of 22 senators, including nine members of the Finance Committee, is urging the Commerce Department to step up its use of the adverse facts available provisions in unfair trade investigations consistent with the newly passed Leveling the Playing Field Act.
