House Ag Members Flag Issues With Rice, Dairy, Tobacco Carveout In TPP

The chairman and 16 members of the House Agriculture Committee on Oct. 1 expressed alarm over what they say is the lack of meaningful new market access in the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations for rice and dairy.
