Canadian official knocks U.S. proposals on autos, ISDS and procurement
Canada will have a tough time getting behind U.S. NAFTA proposals on automotive rules of origin, investor-state dispute settlement and government procurement, said Andrew Leslie, parliamentary secretary to Canada's minister of foreign affairs, Chrystia Freeland, on Oct. 11.
