Wyden, Neal urge Tai to shift gears in Kenya talks from STIP to FTA

The top Democrats on the Senate Finance and House Ways & Means committees are calling on U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai to “transition” trade discussions underway with Kenya into talks on a comprehensive free trade agreement.
