USTR extends COVID-related Section 301 tariff exclusions for a sixth time

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative on Wednesday for the sixth time extended exclusions from Section 301 tariffs on Chinese goods for 81 medical-care products. USTR initially granted tariff exclusions on the products in December 2020. The most recent exclusion, issued in May , was set to expire at the end of the month.
