U.S., Taiwan conclude talks on trade facilitation, services, SMEs

The U.S. and Taiwan have concluded several chapters under their “Initiative on 21st Century Trade” in an early harvest deal that includes agreed language on trade facilitation, domestic regulation of services, good regulatory practices and small and medium-sized enterprises, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced on Thursday.
