U.S. files three more USMCA panel requests involving facilities in Mexico
The Biden administration has ratcheted up its use of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s rapid-response labor mechanism, requesting three new dispute settlement panels after the U.S. and Mexico could not agree to remediation plans.
