U.S. escalates 232 dispute with Turkey at WTO, criticizes Appellate Body standards

The U.S. on Friday escalated a World Trade Organization dispute with Turkey over tariffs levied in retaliation to Section 232 tariffs, making the country the sixth the U.S. has challenged at the international body over the steel and aluminum duties.
