U.S. again requests USMCA consultations with Canada over dairy TRQs

The U.S. has for a second time used the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s dispute settlement mechanism to request consultations with Canada over what the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is calling new restrictions on U.S. dairy products.
