Tai: USMCA review should ensure deal benefits those ‘left behind’ by trade
Washington's priority for the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s first six-year review, to be held in 2026, is to ensure the deal’s benefits are being felt widely, especially by workers and communities that have been traditionally “left behind” by such agreements, U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai said on Wednesday.
