Sources: UK officials float possibility of smaller services plurilateral if TISA fails

British officials have discussed with their U.S. counterparts the possibility of negotiating a plurilateral agreement on services, preparing for a scenario in which the Trade in Services Agreement negotiations remained unfinished because the European Union could not rectify internal divisions over data flow provisions, sources said.
