Senate trade panel leaders to Tai: Rethink ‘misguided’ TPP withdrawal

The U.S. should re-examine the Trump administration’s “misguided” and “short-sighted” decision in 2017 to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the leaders of the Senate Finance trade subcommittee told U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai this week.
