Sen. Shaheen urges USTR, USDA to quickly implement sugar program improvements

A senior Senate appropriator is urging the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Agriculture Department to “swiftly” implement changes to the U.S. sugar program recommended by the Government Accountability Office.
