Sen. Risch crafts sanctions bill to deter a Chinese invasion of Taiwan

Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chair Jim Risch (R-ID) plans to introduce a bill to create an interagency “Tiger Team” tasked with preparing sanctions and other economic restrictions that would be imposed on China if it invades Taiwan.
