Ross: China economic dialogue getting tougher as sensitive issues are broached
On the eve of the first meeting of the U.S.-China Comprehensive Economic Dialogue, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross conceded on Tuesday that talks are getting harder as more sensitive issues come into play.
