Rethink Trade calls for independent body to steer RRM investigations
U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement partners should create an independent body to handle rapid-response mechanism investigations for all three countries, according to a new report from Rethink Trade that recommends “systemic” reforms ahead of the first USMCA review next year.
