Reports: Biden to tap Ways & Means counsel Katherine Tai for USTR

President-elect Joe Biden plans to nominate Katherine Tai, chief Democratic trade counsel for the House Ways & Means Committee, for U.S. Trade Representative, according to multiple reports. Tai has received strong support from Democrats in Congress since Biden won the election last month.
