Psaki: Pelosi-Schumer deal to confer on USICA a ‘big step forward’
A deal struck by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to take the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act to conference is a “big step forward,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said on Thursday.
