Perdue not optimistic Canadian dairy issue will be resolved in NAFTA

Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue on Wednesday told a Senate appropriations subcommittee he was not optimistic the U.S. would be able to resolve dairy market access issues with Canada in the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
