Mexico challenges Section 232 tariffs at WTO; others join India’s case

Mexico on Monday announced it would challenge the U.S. Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum via the World Trade Organization’s Dispute Settlement Body as the EU, China and Russia announced they would join India’s consultations with the U.S. over the same measures.
