Lutnick vote set as Trump moves to fill senior Commerce slots
While the Senate gears up to vote on Howard Lutnick’s nomination to serve as Commerce secretary, the Trump administration is moving quickly to fill the department’s senior ranks. The Senate will consider Lutnick’s nomination on Feb. 18 after the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee voted 16-12 to advance his nomination.
