Korea’s new trade minister leaves another hole in WTO Appellate Body

South Korea’s new trade minister will have to depart his Geneva post as a member of the World Trade Organization Appellate Body, leaving behind another open seat on a seven-member panel already stricken by a massive workload and two other impending vacancies with no plan for how to fill them.
