Industry groups call on BIS to narrowly apply new export controls

Industry groups are urging the Bureau of Industry and Security to narrowly apply new export controls as the agency seeks to determine what products qualify as “emerging technologies” that will be subject to those new controls, according to comments submitted to BIS.
