House bill would direct USTR to probe ‘unfair’ Chinese rare earth practices

A bipartisan pair of House lawmakers is pushing a bill that would direct the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to investigate what they call “unfair” Chinese trade practices involving rare earth metals.
