Cornyn offers House-crafted outbound investment bill with bipartisan support

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) on Thursday introduced a bill to curb U.S. outbound investment in critical Chinese technology sectors that is identical in all but name to legislation the House nearly passed last December.
