Commerce launches review of Russia’s market economy status
Citing factors stemming from Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, the Commerce Department has launched a review of Russia’s market economy status, setting up a potential policy shift that could lead to increased antidumping and countervailing duties on Russian imports.
