Canadian Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland on Monday said she was resigning from her cabinet post, citing differences with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over how Ottawa should prepare for a “policy of aggressive economic nationalism” by the incoming U.S. administration.
