Blumenauer reintroduces bill to bar Chinese goods from de minimis benefits

House Ways & Means trade subcommittee ranking member Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) on Thursday introduced a new version of a bill that would ban goods from non-market economies flagged by the U.S. for lax intellectual property rules or enforcement from receiving duty-free treatment.
