Blumenauer preparing bill to strip goods from China of de minimis benefits

The chair of the House Ways & Means trade subcommittee is preparing to introduce legislation next week that would exempt goods shipped from China and other non-market economies from U.S. de minimis benefits, according to sources and documents.
