BIS makes flurry of changes to Chinese, Russian connected vehicle ban
The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security on Tuesday published a final rule banning Chinese and Russian connected vehicle technology that incorporates a slew of modifications to an earlier draft, excluding commercial vehicles for treatment in a separate rulemaking procedure and offering some leniency for compliance timelines.
