APEC countries announce food security roadmap to facilitate food trade

Agriculture and food ministers from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation this week announced a new 10-year food security roadmap they said would help facilitate food trade. The ministers on Thursday adopted the “ APEC Food Security Roadmap Towards 2030 ” during a ministerial meeting on food security chaired by New Zealand Agriculture Minister Damien O’Connor.
