Ag groups reject Navarro's claim that trade aid is making farmers 'whole'

Agriculture organization leaders this week denounced White House trade adviser Peter Navarro’s claim that the Trump administration’s trade aid package is making farmers “whole.” The Agriculture Department last year rolled out a $12 billion trade aid package for farmers whose crops are being targeted by China and other countries with retaliatory tariffs.
