U.S. becomes observer to Indigenous trade cooperation initiative
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced on Monday that the U.S. has become an observer to a cooperative arrangement among four countries focused on facilitating trade for Indigenous peoples. The U.S. has been granted “Observer status” to the Partnership Council of the Indigenous Peoples Economic and Trade Cooperation Arrangement, according to the USTR announcement.
