Commerce Department's Corrosion-Resistant Steel Determination Due This Week

The U.S. steel industry will get its first significant look into how the Commerce Department will use adverse facts available against foreign steel companies that only partially cooperate in antidumping and countervailing duty cases when final determinations on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea, India, Italy, Taiwan and China are released this week.
