LAHAINA, Hawaii -- The United States and other Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) countries are scrambling here to find a compromise on the controversial issue of data exclusivity for biologic drugs that would appease Australia's demand that a final deal not require a change to its domestic law on this issue.
