Correction: The Leveling the Playing Field provisions do not include a change to the causation standard applied when the International Trade Commission does its injury analysis, as incorrectly reported here. That change was advocated by the Committee to Support U.S. Trade Laws (CSUSTL), but was not part of the customs bill approved by Finance on April 22.
