WTO Establishes Panel In U.S.-Indonesia Coated Paper Dispute

The World Trade Organization's Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) at a regular meeting on Sept. 28 established a panel at the request of Indonesia to determine whether U.S. antidumping and countervailing duties on coated paper from Indonesia are in violation of its WTO commitments.
