A bipartisan group of 76 House lawmakers is pressing U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman to ensure that rules on sanitary-and-phytosanitary (SPS) measures are fully enforceable in both the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) trade agreements.
