BRUSSELS -- A new proposal on regulatory cooperation tabled by the United States here this week includes measures that would establish a regulator-to-regulator dialogue within the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), according to U.S. chief TTIP negotiator Dan Mullaney.
