Eleven of the 28 House Democrats who voted for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) have warned U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman that the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal could fail in Congress if it does not uphold the "May 10" standard with regard to access to medicines in developing countries.
