Commerce Issues Final Determinations In Cold-Rolled Steel Case On Five Countries

The Commerce Department has found improper subsidization and dumping of cold-rolled steel in a case involving Brazil, India, Korea, Russia and the United Kingdom, according to a press release issued July 21. Commerce found dumping from all five countries, but only found Brazil, India, Korea and Russia were providing subsidies to their steel industries.
