Sherrod Brown (D-OH) on Wednesday (Feb. 25) introduced a bill to expand the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program in order to provide retraining and other benefits to service sector workers and employees who lose their jobs due to imports from countries that are not U.S. free trade partners.
