WTO panels established in softwood lumber dispute

Two World Trade Organization dispute settlement panels were established on Monday to review complaints brought by Canada against U.S. antidumping and countervailing duties on softwood lumber. The panels were established at the second request of Canada during an April 9 meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body, according to a Geneva trade official.
