WTO deputy director-general, in Beijing, calls for more transparency, breakthrough in ag talks

During a trip to Beijing this week, World Trade Organization Deputy Director-General Alan Wolff implored WTO members to be more transparent and notify the trade body of agricultural and fisheries subsidies, break through an impasse on agriculture negotiations and to de-escalate rising trade tensions.
