WTO arbitrator gives U.S. until Aug. 22 to comply in methodology case brought by China
The United States has until Aug. 22 to comply with a World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body ruling on its antidumping methodology in a case – DS471 – brought by China, an arbitrator decided this week.
